Understanding Shipping Time Insurance and Handling Fee’s

Transit Time
Most people receive their shipments within 10 days to 2 weeks. However at times Registered mail can take longer. We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment not including weekends or holidays as we are closed.
If you chose Registered mail, it can in the odd case take up to 45 days or so for the post office to deliver the item. Reasons for the delay can be (customs inspection) or it can be explained by the postal authority in your country.

Once we have turned the item over to Thai Post it is totally out of our control as far as TRANSIT TIME to you is concerned. We have no control over any postal service in any country and the way they handle mail.
This will also apply to Federal Express and UPS although transit time is traceable on line  and usually takes from 3 to 5 days  to arrive (unless held for inspection by customs) Registered Mail is not track able on line  and may also be held  up for customs inspection.

Shipping fees are a touchy subject with some people and understandably so. Some feel they have been overcharged or feel they should have had faster service for the price they paid. This is a FEELING not fact.

Unless you have the facts about something you cannot reach an educated conclusion about anything other than just a feeling. We have all heard the Saying “just the fact, only the facts please”

These are the facts

We employ 3 full time people in the Security and Shipping. Each item is carefully inspected individually for imperfections or fatal flaws that have may have occurred in the course of business. Quality control is very very important to us. Should something come up that does not meet the standards that have been set it is immediately brought to the attention of management for their input and evaluation. Then they must interface with the various deliver services and make sure the packages are delegated to the correct shipping service and recording properly. A mom and pop company trading from their house can easily ship for less. They have no overhead. We run a professional Corporation with “you” the client as our most important asset.

Once items have been inspected they are carefully matched with each order and hand wrapped for the utmost protection while in transit. We have one of the highest standards in the industry for protective secure packaging in the industry while in transit. It is our responsibility to make sure an item arrives to you in the same condition that it was in when it left our office.
Unlike retailers we do not factor in some of the cost of shipping into the retail price of an item or inflate the price of an item that is inferior in quality and make it up in price .It is impossible to do so since most of our items sell at $1 no reserve. As such we must make sure that shipping is paid for by the consumer.

Your shipping fee’s are not a profit center for us They go to pay for shipping, staff salaries, quality shipping materials   such as zip loc bags, cotton, water proof shipping mailers. wrap, tape and the list goes on and on. We are sure you have received items that have just been thrown into a mailer without thought or care. Well, we don’t do that Not only do we care about how you get something we are looking not just for a customer. We are looking for a long time client.
Please keep in mind that your shipping fee also includes insurance as well.
We are shipping from Bangkok Thailand. Not domestically. It takes longer to arrive  We appreciate your patients
